Sr. Project Manager - Design & Fabrication Engineering
(8-12 yrs.)

Job
Description
- Shall
be responsible for Managing a team of around 30 personnel+
- Shall
be responsible for managing executing Design projects,
interfacing with clients etc...
- Shall
be responsible for project planning, costing, scheduling
etc...
- Shall
be responsible for guiding a team of modelers and
draftsman...
- Shall
be responsible for working with the Client / Yard personal
and supporting Fabrication Engineering Services like
analysis /study of - Skidding/transfer to synchrolift,
Seating on synchrolift, Float off, Stability calculation,
Towage to and from dry dock, Dock block arrangement,
Jacking systems etc...
- Shall
be responsible for guiding a team of Naval architects,
Tribon Modelers, Piping and outfitting engineers to
produce Detail design / shop drawings, CNC codes, Weld
logs, 3D model etc...
Desired
Profile
- BE
/ BTECH/ MS/ MTECH Mechanical / Civil / Naval Arch with 8
to 12 years of experience in the industry
- Must
have an Project managerial experience
- Must
have experience in Fabrication Engineering services in the
areas of the analysis /study of - Skidding/transfer to
synchrolift, Seating on synchrolift, Float off, Stability
calculation, Towage to and from dry dock, Dock block
arrangement, Jacking systems etc...
- Must
have experience in Detail design / Shop drawing processes
like Modeling with Tribon, Generation of shop drawings,
CNC data, Part list, Weld logs Profile lists etc..
- Must
be able to guide a team of Naval architects and Tribon
Modelers to execute design projects. Degree / Diploma in
Naval Architecture, yard experience and experience in oil
and gas is a definite plus.
