SDF® is a next-generation renewable diesel fuel that outperforms traditional diesel in every aspect. Our cutting-edge catalytic process transforms renewable feedstocks into SDF®, a high-quality clean diesel. Let's delve into the three key stages of this revolutionary process:


Water Modification

Properties of water are modified through an electrolysis process, adjusting the pH/ORP/ion qualities to enhance its compatibility with the fuel. Reagents and catalysts are added as needed to optimize the water quality.


Nano Mixing

A proprietary, large-scale Nano mixer creates micro-particles of water and oil. NAFT® Nano mixer produces ultra-fine particles in large quantities. Emulsion fuel reaches a higher quality than most available in the market.


Catalytic Transformation

Micro-emulsion undergoes a catalytic transformation bypassing through six catalysts under pressure and at room temperature, along with infrared treatment.

The proprietary catalytic formula ensures that the emulsified fuel, consisting of 50% fuel (e.g., diesel) and 50% water, is physically changed to create a fuel with the same specifications as the inputted fossil diesel. The resulting fuel, known as NAFT®, remains stable over extended periods of storage and performs exceptionally well in diesel engines.
